Rob is a Mediator with over 25 years of professional experience. In addition to his work as owner of Blue Sky, he has served as the managing partner of both the San Diego & Las Vegas offices of Kring & Chung for over 20 years. Rob specializes in general liability claims, personal injury, employment, wage & hour, wrongful termination, business litigation, trust and probate, real estate, construction, landlord/ tenant, and habitability claims. Having completed the mediator certification program from the National Conflict Resolution Center, he has settled hundreds of cases with over a billion dollars in dispute over the past 25-plus years in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
In 2021, Rob was inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
Founded North County San Diego mediation center to serve as a resource for the entire state of California. Complex cases mediated to date include personal injury, wrongful death, business, employment, real estate, trusts, probate, general liability, construction, contract, partnership dissolution and workers compensation. Remote/Zoom mediations are available to serve the entire United States.
Manage the Las Vegas, NV and San Diego, CA offices simultaneously for the law firm of Kring & Chung, LLP since 2001. Litigated over 2,000 cases for the firm in that time frame; licenses in CA, NV and AZ.
Founded Lake & Mougin, LLP in San Diego, CA. Expanded to hold offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Sacramento, CA as well as Las Vegas, NV and Phoenix, AZ. Cases litigated included construction, personal injury, and business disputes.
